Pull data from the submitted survey

I have a form for an event, which can be used by multiple organizers with different event details. The scenario is, I have Organizer 1 with the following details:

• Name of Event Attended: Welcome Delegates
• Event Venue: Heritage Hotel
• Start Date of Event: April 1, 2025
• Event Type: International (this is a select one question, National or International)
• Name of Organizer: Organizer 1
• Company: AUS Technology Inc.

In same device, Organizer 1 has already submitted the survey, and Organizer 2 needs to fill out the form. Is there a way to prepopulate or pull data (event details) from the submitted survey so that Organizer 2 doesn't need to fill out the event details since they are attending the same event?

I understand this can be achieved by setting default values in the Survey123 form, but what if Organizers 3 and 4 are attending different events and are using the same form as Organizers 1 and 2?

read up on the Inbox and Sent folder abilities to see if those will accomplish what you need. Enabling the Sent folder seems like it will work provided they are using the same device - your Organizer 2 should be able to copy the survey completed by Organizer 1, update their details and send it as a new survey. Enabling the Inbox works a bit differently but works across multiple devices.
