"Open in browser" option missing in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4

Question

I am working on surveys in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 and I have noticed that none of my surveys are showing the option to "Open in browser" on the item overview page.

Is there a way for me to add that option to the drop-down like it is in ArcGIS Online?

I opened a support ticket with Esri and the support technician said that ArcGIS Enterprise is just behind ArcGIS Online. According to the support technician, the option to "Open in browser" should show up in ArcGIS Enterprise someday. He spoke as if Esri had just added the "Open in browser" button in the latest release of ArcGIS Online but it has been there since Survey123 launched.

The technician refused to log it as a bug or an enhancement request ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ so who knows when it will show up in Enterprise.

In that case, I would report this to Esri Support as a bug.

Changes are it won't be fixed until 11.5 though, so you may be stuck with that behaviour on 11.4 Enterprise.

I just published a new survey to ArcGIS Enterprise through the Web App and that new survey does NOT have the "Open in browser" option.

I also just published to ArcGIS Online a random survey template from Esri using ArcGIS Connect. That survey has the "Open in browser" option and it works.
