Domain not published for one of a survey's select_one questions

Question

Hi,

I'm working in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and Survey123 Connect 3.21.62.

I have a survey with several select_one questions and all of the domains are present in the service except for one. This question has no choice filter.

Does anybody know why this is happening?

You are correct I could create the domain by changing the type column. However I'm using the web form in an EB app in a survey widget that copies the quinary catchment from the map to the survey form. I find that the quinary catchment does not get copied if the field is a select_one.

Would you mind checking on your side if the domain is created for the species field? Because in my implementation it is not despite select_one being specified and the drop-down list shown in the web form.

Thank you for sharing your XLSForm. Upon reviewing your form, I noticed that you have set the polygon_quinary_catchment field as a text question. This explains why the domain values are not displayed for that text question.

I attempted to replicate your issue by changing the text question into a select_one question as demonstrated in your screenshots, using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and Survey123 Connect 3.21.62. However, I was still unable to reproduce the issue. The domain values appeared correctly, as shown in the screenshot below.
