Change Publishing Setting Defaults in Connect

Hello,

I was curious if it was possible to update organization settings when publishing to ArcGIS Enterprise. Specifically, the setting called "Use global ID parent keys in repeat relationships". When connected to ArcGIS Online, this is defaulted to yes, while when connected to ArcGIS Enterprise, it is defaulted to no. I would like to change this default in Enterprise to yes.

I don't believe this is an Organization setting. You need to specify it in the "Options" within Connect during publishing.
