create rule on question list

Question

is that possible to create rules for the question items ?

suppose like this: there are 5 colomns, col1 to col5. I want to automatically hide col2 if a certain value is entered in col1. in other word, col2 is skipped.

If you are referring to Questions, you can achieve this with a Relevant function.

If you are referring to question choices, you can achieve this with Choice filters

Both of these options may be difficult to apply to the 'column' of choices. You can control the appearance or order in which the choices appear, but not the visibility/columns/filtering themselves

For the web designer I'm not sure what options to have to apply this.
