Survey is opening in 'edit' mode but not in 'view' mode. In view mode I get the message 'you do not have permission to view this record'. What do I need to change in settings to make the link accessible in view mode?

Check the settings at https://survey123.arcgis.com/ then Collaborate tab
Submitters have automatic read access. I do not see any other setting for read access/ viewing.
