Select_One Image Appearance

Hi, I have a survey, made in Connect, with image prompts for some Select One questions. In Connect, they display fine, nice and neatly beside the choices (in all emulated device types):

However in the Web App, which is the main use case, the images appear huge and after the choice:

Update: I have tried using the 'minimal' appearance as a compromise but with that the images do not show at all in the web app! Am I missing something obvious?!
