Updating Survey with new enterprise domains

Question

I am publishing two features and three tables from an enterprise database to portal 10.9.1. I'll be building forms based off of these in Survey123 connect.

When values are added to the domains in enterprise, is there are way to update my survey to use these new choices?

Depends on where the form will be used. If you need it in an offline environment, your options will be slightly more limited.

Generally speaking, External Selects and search() are good starting points. Pick what works best for you.
