Embedded images not appearing in notes

I have created a survey for use collecting river flow data. Based on the name of the station and the measured flow my team needs to reference a specific page from a table. I have set up notes with each individual table page image, a total of 87 notes, and the appropriate page is should display when the station name and flow requirements are met. The images and labels display appropriately for me on the Survey123 iOS app, but only the label appears when any of my team attempt to use the app. It also does not work on Survey123 Connect when I try it. I am using Version 3.19.104 of Survey123 Connect and Version 3.19.114 of the iOS app.

So it works for you on the S123 Field App, but doesn't work for either you in S123 Connect or your team in S123 Field App? That sounds odd.

Your apps are up to date, which is good.

For starters, you should see the same behaviour in Connect as you do in the Field App. Do you by chance have duplicates of this survey in Connect?
