Survey123 Basemap Issue

I am trying to do following  at organization level in https://survey123.arcgis.com/org/settings 

1. Configure Default map.
2. Configure Map Gallery.

I am surprised to find out that Survey123 mobile app doesn't honour these settings, though I have downloaded the latest survey forms on mobile device.

However, It works seamlessly on web interface. In web it honours the basemap gallery as well as the default map.

Could you please confirm if it's a know issue or a Bug which I have found out or there is something which I am missing.

I have validated it in ios & Windows App it works fine, However, It's a bug in Android App. !
