In Survey123 , is there a way to create a drop down list from a group or user type?

We have a situation where multiple people can be assigned to complete a survey.  I could create a choice list or external list and add users there.  Trying to manage a second list seems like admin extra work when my groups have the users perfectly organized. 

 

Any thoughts?  Thanks for you help!

You could use an external list, but have that list be automatically updated to reflect your users / groups. The ArcGIS Python API could do it easily enough.
