public survey in browser isn't showing correct on iPhone

This table isn't showing correctly on the iPhone.

Survey123 Connect was published, and the link/QR Code is used to see the browser.

But the iPhone doesn't show the text correctly.

This is my first time using the browser for a public survey, so I'm in new territory.

What version of Survey123 Connect? Another user had display issues with a recent, but not latest version of Survey123 Connect.

More info on the setup? Appearance, question type, any styling?

Hello,

I tested this using my Chrome and it seems like appearing fine.

The issue could be with safari or other browser. If table would be a problem, I can suggest for you to use different type input such as "Single select" instead so you won't have issue being rendered incorrectly or text getting chopped.
