ArcGIS Survey123 on premises

Question

Hello,

I have issue with Survey123 on premises.
I have installed survey123 on our enterprise server, specificly on our Portla machine. 
Installation was successfull, but there is one error when we create report.

In report page when I choose manage templates and click "Create sample template" it shows 404 error in browser development tool it shows 404 error on this link: survey123/api/featureReport/createSampleTemplate
Basicallly, file not found
Do you have any ideas?

Are those APIs should be on machine or it will be taken from some arcgis.com/survey123.arcgis.com server?
