Urgent- Search appearance choice lists from CSV not populating on iOS

I have a survey123 mobile application I created and it pulls choice lists from a csv using the search appearance function. I can see the select one choice list from an Android phone, the Survey123 field app on the laptop, but when I have tested the app on iPhones, the select one choice list is blank. I have the latest version of Survey 123 (3.15.156) on the phones and they are connected to wifi, but I still cannot get the choice list to fill for that field on iPhones. Thanks for the help!

I figured out the solution! It was some capitalization differences that was causing issues with ios. Thanks!

We use it on iOS a lot no problem. My guess would be a special char in the list somewhere. Just a guess. Delete the form and redownload also maybe the file did not come in.

It might be the iOS; is it up to date?

We've found that some devices need IT to push down the iOS, and some teams need to put tickets in to get this completed.
