Access Report Server API when Portal IWA Enabled

Hello,

I would like to raise this known issue again to see if anyone has had any succuss with accessing the Survey123 reporting API when ArcGIS Portal has IWA enabled and anonymous is disabled?

Any work arounds, third party software? I have heard FME but its a large cost.

Appreciate anyone's help.

Hello @DeanMacbain,

The ArcGIS Survey123 Report service is not supported with IWA ArcGIS Enterprise organizations (Please see this documentation). Unfortunately there are not any workarounds at the moment other than disabling IWA on the organization.

We have an ArcGIS Idea for supporting IWA organizations with the Report service as well as an enhancement (ENH-000135375) from Esri Technical Support. Please feel free to reach out to Tech Support and they will be able to add you to the enhancement as well as comment on the ArcGIS Idea for more visibility.
