Limit levels of details for Map embeded in Story Map

Hello,

 

 I have a story map, based on New Story Maps template with embedded map. I 'm looking for a way how to prevent user to zoom to all scales, because I don´t want to user can zoom out far than initial extent.

 

 I found that html customization is not supported yet.

 

 Have anyone the same issue? Or does Owen Evans considering something like this?
