When I publish my survey (from Survey123 Connect), the Range-type questions automatically comes with a Reset-button. It looks weird in a Danish survey. Can it be removed?

@mettegreveThe Range question is not fully implemented/supported by the Survey123 web app. Please open a new technical support case with your Esri distributor in Denmark. Lets get this logged so it can be addressed in the future. The supported question types are listed at: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/create-surveys/quickreferencecreatesurveys.htm
As an alternative, you may want to use a select_one question with the likert appearance.
