Error when sharing results of a survey in Survey123 web

Question

Hello,

I have created a survey in survey 123 Connect, and I need to be able to share the results with an existing group, as per usual.

However, this error appears and does not le me share the survey.

I have tried deleting and recreating the group, changing the name of the group, and nothing changes, I always get the error message.

Does someone know what to do to solve the issue?

Please refer to this online documentation to see if you have meet the requirement to share the result:

Pay attention to the Note sessions and confirm you meet the requirement.

Could you also try with other surveys to see if you can share the result with a particular group?
