Survey123 Field App not showing repeats from previous related table

My problem is similar to this but I'm not sure what I'm missing. I have an existing database that I created a Survey123 template for. I published the form and then populated the points and the related table that was generated from Survey123 Connect. When I look at my data in the Survey123 browser app, my layer and repeat(related table) are visible and I made sure to populate the ParentGlobalID to match the GlobalID of the point layer. Everything appears to be linked up correctly in Collector and the Data tab of the browser version of Survey123.

The field app and phone app doesn't show anything in the repeat portion of the app. Is it because I didn't put a GlobalID and ParentGlobalID field in my .XLS form? I have the form_id filled out for my submission url but it's still broken.

Hi Matt,

Are you using a WHERE clause query on the Inbox?

And do all the repeat groups in the survey have the parameters set in the bind::esri:parameters column?You need to ensure that "query" is specified so that the existing records are loaded, as well as setting that "adds" or "updates" are allowed. See below documentation:
