Add support for client-side projection in JavaScript API

The JavaScript API should be able to project geometries on the client side instead of requiring the use of a Geometry service. There is a library called Proj4js that can do this, but it should be part of the API.

I have created a demo that uses Proj4js with the ArcGIS JS API.
