Select or de-select multiple layers in ArcGIS Online at once

I created a map in ArcGIS Online that has 10 layers. I would like to be able to select or de-select all of the layers at once, rather than clicking on each layer to turn them all on or off.

Kind of like select 1 layer, hold the shift key, select the last layer, and all layers would be selected.

Amen. I want to remove an entire service which has 43 layers........

This idea is more about just turning layers on and off, but the ability to perform batch operations: removing layers, setting the visible scale, grouping layers, exporting, etc.
