Current user search is case sensitive and does not search for substrings and/or allow for wildcards. This does not allow for searching on last names in a First Last name format. You must enter exact match from the beginning of the Name or User Name fields to return any results

First name search with correct capitlization (success):
0EME0000000PkFj

First name search with incorrect capitalization (fail):
0EME0000000PkFo

Last name search with correct capitlization (Fail. What about Bob?):

Which, I should add, is kind of absurd in 2016 where instant auto complete searches are almost standard.

Agreed. I thought our user search functionality in 10.3.1 was broken because I didn't realize it would only search on first names, and case sensitive first names at that. This seems easy enough to fix, and perhaps it has in 10.4 or 10.5?
