Improve map display on Survey123 report templates

It would be great if ESRI could :

- provide a list of available maps and map IDs that can be displayed in template reports

- enable a scale definition regardless of which map type is selected (topo, world imagery, etc.)

It would also be very helpful to be collect lines and polygons instead of just points. #realworldproblems
