Change downloadable resources zip files for a more meaningful name

Oftentimes when downloading a resource zip files it comes with an unmeaningful name such as 033BCC8C-1422-2418-34BC-CDBD94915EFE.zip

I propose to change it a to more human-readable and meaningful one such as My_Tool_Name_for_xyz.zip
