Portal for ArcGIS - additional configuration options for displayed links

It would be useful to be able to hide/show the links at the top of the Portal for ArcGIS homepage (HOME, GALLERY, MAP, etc) on the basis of the user's role. This would allow organisations to hide, for example, the MAP link so that users could only access mapping applications that had been shared with them via the Featured Content scroller.

Implemented with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. Now there is the ability to configure Navigation Bar visibility in the Enterprise portal, so that links can only be visible to those with the right capabilities. Below is a screenshot of what this looks like:
