Sending the completed Survey via email...

Question

* We are using Survey123 for our Fats, Oils, and Grease Inspections.  We go out and inspect a restaurant normally with paper and leave them the carbon copy of the inpsection.  I would like to use the Survey123 form, have them sign the form, and then email the form to the restaurant.  Can this happen yet in Survey123?

Hi Mark,

The process the IowaDOT has requires additional software, but we currently use Feature Manipulation Engine to send out the email. The advantage is that FME makes the output pretty customizable visually. I realize you are not interested in additional software, but if you would like to know more, I would be happy to tell you about it.

I have looked at these and thank you for your help...I was hoping that this was something that could be done without another program.  Either way...I will get it done!
