Can Explorer load tif images from SD card?

I need to view tif images offline from SD card via link on popup. Is this possible? I have tried different path combinations without success.

/storage/extSdCard/e77-1.tif
\Android\data\com.esri.explorer\files\e77-1.tif
File:////storage/extSdCard/test/e77-1.tif

any suggest?
