ArcGIS Explorer on the Windows platform is retired
Last year, we announced the ArcGIS Explorer on Windows would be retired. Oct 1st 2025 is here and it is now officially retired. Esri recommends that customers migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps on either Android or iOS. Please see the Explorer on Windows is retired blog article for additional details.

Explorer Map on iphone/ ipad won't zoom in but will on Desktop
I have a MMPK map that when opened on ipads or iphones using the Explorer app will not zoom in. They have closed out of the app and opened it back as well as re-downloaded the map itself but still the same issue. Map pans to 0, 0 lat long when opening feature popup
When I click on a feature and then open the popup, the map pans to an area off the west African coast (which I believe is lat = 0, long = 0). For reference, the features are in the UK. The behaviour appears to be erratic, and does not always occur.
