Keep getting asked to Log In

Question

I have Explorer for ArcGIS and am trying to create an offline map while in the application.

I am logged into Explorer and I can open and view maps and everything BUT when I click on Add Offline Area:

Then click on Download Area:

It thinks about it for a second then I get the following message:

Then when I log in again and try the same thing again, the same thing just happens again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Seems like it could be the basemap... Let me test a bit

Hey Deon Lengton‌,

A few questions so I make sure I fully understand the issue you're running into.

Have you tried this on any of the other platforms (iOS or Android)? Are you signing into ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? What basemap are you using in your map?
