Could someone tell me what the path should be to the location of the .ags file on an ArcGIS server? I need to know the location of this file because it is one of the required parameters (connection_file_path) to run the CreateMapSDDraft tool. Thanks for any help!
It will be the path you define; by default on a machine with ArcGIS Desktop installed it is under the users profile folder where the connections for ArcCatalog are stored. You have the ability to create new connections in a folder on a mapped or UNC share.
You just need to define the path to the connection once you have created it and pass that string to your script.
