Arcgis Pro Animation - North Arrow

Is there a way to add a north arrow in an animation frame? My view moves around a showing which way is North would be helpful.

There is an open enhancement request through Technical Support for this:

[ENH-000109027: Allow the option to add the Navigator to the scene animation video in ArcGIS Pro to show the viewing direction of the camera]

No idea logged (yet?) as far as I can see.
