Corner Co-Ordinates for Legal Maps

Question

Hi,

I am trying to automate legal maps for large landowner folios,  i need to show these at a max scale of 1:2500 on A3 so for large areas it can be quiet a few maps per land holding.

i have been using data driven pages to generate the maps and then export to pdf for email to legals.

does anybody know how to input a grid co-ordinate on the upper right hand corner & lower left hand corners of the data frame - this must update as the data driven pages are generated.

I can't get the grids to do what i want them to do.

pulling what's left of my hair out - help.
