I got ARCGIS Enterprise 10.6 environment. I am trying to run join features Analysis to join two Feature layers on my Portal and I got an blank error message window every time.
Can you run the process with the dev tools or Fiddler running? You should be able to see an error from the response to the SpatialAnalysis tools when the map viewer is checking on the job status.
