Where can I find spatial analysis tools in Portal for ArcGIS (similar to what we see in AGOL)?

The spatial analysis tools in the ArcGIS Online map viewer are NOT currently available in the Portal for ArcGIS map viewer. This functionality is planned to be part of the Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 release, tentatively scheduled for Q4 of 2015.
