When will the parcel fabric tools and dimensioning capabilities found in ArcMap be available in Pro?

I spoke with the team as well and Parcel Management is most likely not going to be in the next release (2.3) but the subsequent one (that is the "mid-term" in the blog post). With dimensioning, it is planned for 2.3.
