ArcGIS Enterprise - Portal - Grouped Layers

Hello GeoNet community,

is it possible to make grouped layers in the map application of ArcGIS-Enterprise Portal? I need three levels of grouped layers:

- Layer

   -> First sublayer

        -> second sublayer

             -> third sublayer

Is it possible to implemend lines with two different colors:

When you say "map application of ArcGIS-Enterprise Portal", I believe you're referring to the Portal Map Viewer application. With this in mind,
