Please help.
I am trying to use this information in a map on arcMap Barrow Port Area Action Plan Policy BP17 - Barrow Marina - Datasets however, when I add the WMS link in the add WMS window and hit 'get layers' the message 'internal server error (status code 500)' comes up.
Any ideas?

It looks like you are not using the correct url. If you use this url and then click Get Layers it will be successful.
