Mobile data services

I want to know about  Mobile data services. Some years back we have Mobile Project i think now it's not used and it's.

I saw this  Mobile data services are based on SOAP can you someone please provide more information. DO we have SDK's to consume this in Andriod or IOS

Mobile data services were deprecated at the ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Server release. Please see this blog,
