Create a new network database

Question

Hi, I am trying to build a Network Database using ArcIGIS Pro. I have network analyst license and checked the license is running. However, I am not finding any tool to create a new Network Databse in ArcCatalog. I have checked ArcTools and there I see it has Tool to create a network database using existing template. Any suggestions folks?

Note that the ability to create a new network dataset from scratch in ArcGIS Pro will be coming in a near-term release (the target is version 2.5 coming in late 2019):

you can only create one from an existing one (via a template)
