ArcGIS Datastore upgrade Error 10.7.1

Successfully upgraded Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server from 10.6.1 to 10.7.1. Now while upgrading ArcGIS Datastore, it is showing the error as attached. Kindly advice.

I got the same error when I tried to upgrade form 10.4.1 to 10.7.1 in Prod environment. However it worked fine when I did the upgrade in Dev Environment.
