I have published a free, MIT-licensed Python toolbox for ArcGIS Pro. One coordinate in, a full river-basin analysis out.
Fourteen tools — one runs everything, the other thirteen do a single piece each, so they work in ModelBuilder.
It delineates the basin, downloads elevation, land cover, soil, rainfall, surface water and rivers clipped to it, computes 40 morphometric parameters and the river's long profile, and writes a PDF report, GeoTIFFs, feature classes and a CSV.
Two things specific to Pro:
• No Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst licence required.
• It never imports basinkit, rasterio or geopandas into Pro's Python. They run in a separate interpreter and it hands back files, so arcpy's pinned GDAL and PROJ stay exactly as Esri shipped them. Run the Set Up BasinKit tool once with every parameter empty and it builds its own environment.
It also writes sub-catchments and reaches as Catchment and DrainageLine with HydroID, HydroCode, NextDownID and AreaSqKm, so Arc Hydro's own tools read them without conversion.
Requires ArcGIS Pro 3.x on Windows; the separate environment needs Python 3.10 or newer.
