Where Do I Acquire Velocity for Enterprise 12.1.1

I am curious what the 'fixed' status means on this bug that is affecting us. BUG-000186104 for ArcGIS Velocity for ArcGIS Enterprise 

I am super confused because it says it was fixed in Velocity for Enterprise 12.1.1 but I don't get what that means. I don't see any patches available on the Server or a new version of Velocity for Enterprise 12.1 available in MyESRI. The 'fixed version' note makes it sound like we need to upgrade to the nonexistent Velocity for Enterprise version 12.1.1?!

The version available for download is the same build number as what I have deployed. How do I acquire Velocity for Enterprise 12.1.1 files to upgrade to 12.1.1 from 12.1 per the bug page…… or is the patch MIA?

In my experience, this means that is fixed in the next patch and / or version. They may not have released that update yet. I would continue to check the released patches page periodically: https://support.esri.com/en-us/search?s=Relevance&cardtype=support_patches_updates
