How to Open a Survey123 Form from a Selected Grid Feature in Field Maps?

Question

I have a Survey123 form ready, and I also have a grid layer that has already been published on ArcGIS Online (AGOL).

Could you please let me know how to integrate the Survey123 form with Field Maps? My requirement is that when I open the grid layer in Field Maps and select a specific grid, I should get an option to open the Survey123 form that I have already built.

If anyone work on it could you please explain the steps required to configure this integration?

In your web map, go to the pop up section for your layer and you will want to hit the add content button and choose arcade to get started.  You'll need to write some Arcade script to create a url for each feature in your layer and format it as a link that will appear in the pop-up.

You will 100% want to use UrlEncode() in your arcade script to properly encode your url to work in a browser.

I've got a post from a while back on getting everything to work if you're passing values from the feature to the form. You'll definitely want to take a look if your dataset is related, since you'll need a way to pass the grid feature global id to your form's guid field to connect the relationship.

You just need to configure the pop-up in Field Maps to contain a URL that launches Survey123. This documentation should get you started.
