Widget Near me report export to pdf

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing an issue with the Portal for ArcGIS. We have a map fully prepared in Map Viewer. We integrated this map into Experience Builder and configured the “Near Me” widget to export the report as a PDF. Everything was working fine.

However, by mistake, we opened the map in Map Viewer Classic, and the widget stopped working. We reopened it in Map Viewer, saved the map again, but the widget still does not work in Experience Builder.

Based on our tests, the widget only works properly if we create a new project in Experience Builder.

Does anyone have a solution to make the widget work without creating a new Experience Builder project?

Before making a new Experience Builder, I would try the ideas below. Hopefully these work and your widget gets fixed!

• I would try removing the Near Me Widget from the experience builder. Save and republish. Then add a new Near Me Widget and hook it up to layer you want to export. I've had widgets crash before like this and had to remove them completely, then add them back in and reset up. It's annoying but easier than starting from the beginning with a whole new app.
• Create a new web map (duplicate the old map by opening it, and then doing 'Save As') and set it up in the experience builder. Then setup the near me widget with the layer in the new map.
