Linux ArcGIS Enterprise - ArcGISDataStore Connection Issue

Hi,

We are working to setup a new Linux environment for ArcGIS Enterprise. We are working on the ArcGIS Datastore. After the installation of the datastore, and we configure the relational datastore for the ArcGIS Server using the command line. After the configuration, we are able to see the relational data store show up in the ArcGIS server manager->site, but when we tried to validate it. We got the quotation mark on it. Can anyone tell me how to debug it. I checked the ArcGIS Server is able to access the port 2443 on the Datastore machine.

I tried to use the describedatastore.sh to check and I don't see any connection.

It looks like you are running into Selinux issue. the RHEL 8 version has introduced this security feature. you need to talk to Linux admins to temporarily disable Selinux by running a command setenforce 1 and see if the datastore validates. If it does then it is Selinux preventing ArcGIS datastore to communicate with portal and server.

I am having a similar issue with installation of Enterprise 11.3 Window.  The datastore will validate.
