ArcGIS Trust has the ArcGIS Security and Privacy Adviser.
However, it "falls outside of standard customer support." and it does not offer a self hosting option.
Please provide a self hosted version or include all checks in the default ArcGIS Enterprise tools.
It could be a new toolset or an expansion of the "Operationalhealth" tool.
The Security Adviser should be included with ArcGIS Enterprise by default and should fall under customer support.
