How to control geoshape units?

Hi,

I have a Survey123 form in English (label::English (en)) and Arabic (label::Arabic (ar))

• When English is selected, the geoshape windows shows Area in acres and Perimeter in miles
• When Arabic is selected, the geoshape windows shows Area in hectares and Perimeter in kilometers

My computer is in English (Australia) Region: Australia

My ArcGIS Enterprise user is in Language: English - English, Number and date format: Australia and Units: Metrics.

How can I remove acres and have square meters and kilometers for both English Arabic languages.
