We use a DJI Mavic 3 T (and previously a Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced) to create thermal orthophotos and other datasets. The DJI Camera Support Add-On is a valuable addition to the Drone2Map software. However, I would like to suggest two improvements.
1. Add options for calibrating the temperature. In the original DJI Thermal Analysis Tool, you can calibrate temperatures using additional parameters such as ambient temperature and humidity. This is not possible in the Drone2Map add-on, meaning the absolute temperatures are always slightly inaccurate.
2. Add an option to switch between reflectance and temperature. We sometimes use relative reflectance values for comparison (mostly due to temperature inaccuracies, see 1.), and sometimes temperature values, depending on the task specification, environmental parameters and data quality. Currently, we always have to install or uninstall the add-on between calculations to switch between the two values. It would be great to be able to switch between the two values simply.
