Style a layer by getting the information from its related record.

Hi there,

I’m trying to style a layer using information from its related records. The Arcade expression itself works fine, but when I click Done, the expression box becomes blurred and I can’t save it.

I’m currently using a view layer to manage visibility, but since Field Maps doesn’t support views in offline mode, I thought I’d use an Arcade expression instead. Unfortunately, that’s not working either.

Do you have any suggestions or workarounds for this?

Hi @ParnikaPuri.

Arcade expressions that reference related records are not fully supported for symbology in ArcGIS Online or Field Maps.

You can preprocess the related data into a field.
