My enterprise deployed intranet only, no internet. My application developped using js v4. All resources I used is intranet. But I can see the application access this url:
https://www.arcgis,com/sharing/rest/portals/self?f=json
Today found out that the print service is not shared. If print widget added to the app, print service should be shared.
Esri assumes your ArcGIS Enterprise usually has access to the internet for CDN services, base maps,....If this is not the case or unwanted, you need to apply settings for disconnected environments: Configure a disconnected deployment—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise
